As a full-time mother with 2 children, I totally understand the difficulties and challenges of a working mother. Not only facing the parenting issues at home, but also the work stress in the workplace. Therefore, I hope to utilize my counseling skills to support parents and working adults.
On the other side, I experienced a hard with my children while they are young. With my further study in psychology and counseling, and on-going reflection, I understanding the important of listening and respect. Being listen and being respect are important for youth & teenagers to develop their self-esteem and confident. Therefore, I would like to support youth & teenagers to allow them have better understand themselves and explore their future and aspiration.
Humanistic such as Narrative therapy & Satir Model are common approaches that I use
For children, Youth or teenager, play therapy or art therapy will be incorporate to better understand their emotion
