Something particular about you:
My philosophy of counselling was based on Person-Centred Therapy and Mindfulness that everyone has inherited resources and wisdom to help his/her own self. However, sometimes he/she was lost temporarily and occasionally. As a counsellor, I am here to provide guidance with compassion and to work together with him/her to go over all those psychological distresses/difficulties.”

I draw on different approaches to support clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, loss of self-confidence, low self-esteem, lacking self-compassion, caregiving stress and emotional issues.

Since witnessed extensive clients getting lost and being drowned with the psychological issues, plus specialized in applying one of the most well-known evidence-based treatments Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT); and
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, I will let clients clear and have insights on their core issues; widen their perspectives and brings them back to live in the moment.
