Winnie has over 30 years of professional experience working in the education and psychology fields, both locally and overseas. She is now self-employed as a Counselling Psychologist, a Mindfulness Trainer & Supervisor, and a PT Teacher and Supervisor in Psychological Counselling.

With her many professional qualifications and extensive work experiences,
Winnie is well experienced in counselling cases of different nature including emotional problems, stress and anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, parenting, couple/family relationships, children with behavioural and emotional difficulties, mental health issues and other personal issues.

Winnie has been practising Mindfulness since 2007 and she has obtained the
qualifications of teaching various Mindfulness courses. She conducts Mindfulness training regularly for organizations, schools, helping professionals, parents, students, cancer patients and the people in the community.
